STAGE ONE: SITE SURVEY
Before work can begin, we undertake a survey/risk assessment to assess accessibility and scope of work in advance to give you total peace of mind from the get-go with a safe, efficient and effective Installation.
STAGE TWO: WASH & BIOCIDE TREATMENT
We wash down the property thoroughly, followed by biocide treatment to ensure the surface there is a firm bond between render and coating.
STAGE THREE: RENDER INSPECTION
Once clean, the installer inspects the render to identify any defects that require repairs upon return.
STAGE FOUR: REPAIRS
All essential repair work is completed to ensure the building is in sound condition before applying the coating.
STAGE FIVE: MASKING
Our installation team is on hand to mask windows, doors, external lights, CCTV cameras and other fixtures. We'll also protect your decking, patio, driveway, or lawn with protective sheets.
STAGE SIX: THE COATING APPLICATION
The coating application is complete and delivered with precision. A minimum of two coats are needed for the best possible results.
